Lululemon founder and chairman Chip Wilson has resigned from his position, amid criticism for comments he made last month with regards to women’s bodies being the cause of quality problems with the retailers’s products.

Consumers had complained about sheerness and pilling in the high end yoga pant, to which he responded on Bloomberg TV saying “The thing is that women will wear seatbelts that don’t work or, quite frankly, some women’s bodies just actually don’t work for it.”

Meanwhile, Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries has also been in hot water for making comments about his company’s clothes not being made for fat or ugly people. Shareholders in the company have called for his resignation, as the company’s earnings have seen a major decline.

Journalist Heidi Moore of The Guardian will join Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti to discuss the embattled CEOs and the brands they represent.
