Is ‘SEAL Team Six’ Just A Drama Or Political Propaganda?

The film “Seal Team Six: The Raid On Osama Bin Laden” is scheduled to air on Sunday on the National Geographic Channel, just two days before the presidential election.

Critics say it’s political propaganda because scenes featuring President Barack Obama were added at the suggestion of Harvey Weinstein, a long-time Democratic backer who bought the rights to the film at Cannes in May.

The film’s director, John Stockwell, says it’s not propaganda, and that President Obama was always going to be featured in the film, portrayed by an actor.
