Can Gadhafi’s Opponents Win The Peace?

They won the war to oust the dictator, but now the former rebels face enormous challenges of rebuilding the country, disarming the militias and returning the oil industry to its previous levels of productivity.

Jonathan Marcus, BBC diplomatic correspondent said, “There is a good deal of unease among the opposition’s major backers in the West – they want the new Libyan leadership to live up to the commitments they made during the conflict.”
